After the murder of the elder Shaykh, Hamūd Al-Farrāj, by the apostate Saūdī intelligence services when they stormed the district of As-Sulay, and their malicious and false claim that the Mujāhidīn of the Arabian Peninsula were the ones to kill him, Shaykh ‘Abdullāh Ar-Rashūd, may Allāh grant him the highest levels of martyrdom, gave a speech entitled, “In Mourning of Shaykh Hamūd Al-Farrāj.” From the words of the Shaykh in this powerful speech are the following:
“Wallāhi, a drop of blood from elders of Āl Al-Farrāj today, Wallāhi it is greater to Allāh than America perishing in totality. Wallāhi the honor of a Muslim sister raped in Iraq or in Palestine or in Afghanistan, Wallāhi it is greater to Allāh ‘Azza Wa Jall than the entire earth perishing.
So where are those with jealousy? Where are the Muwahhidūn? Where are those who fear the questioning in front of the Lord of the Worlds on the Day of Resurrection?
What will you say to Allāh, if He asks you about the blood of our brother, Ibrāhīm Ar-Rayyis, who committed no sin or lowliness, [who was killed] only to please the crusaders, and in the path of pleasing Bush and his soldiers?
Do you not know, O you scholars, O you students of knowledge, the [Qudsī] Hadīth, that Allāh will call His slave to account and say to him:
‘O son of Adam, I became sick and you did not visit Me.’ He will answer: ‘How can I visit You? You are the Lord of the worlds!’ He will say: ‘Did you not know that my slave so and so became sick and you did not visit him. Had you visited him, you would have found Me with him.’
And He will say to the other:
‘O son of Adam, I was hungry and you did not feed me.’ He will answer: ‘How could I feed you? You are the Lord of the worlds!’ He will say: ‘Did you not know that my slave so and so felt hungry, and you did not feed him. Had you fed him you would have found that (i.e. the reward) with Me.’ [1]
What will you say, O you Muslims, O family of Az-Zilfī and O family of Al-Farrāj, and O people of the [Arabian] Peninsula, and O Ummah of Muhammad, صلى الله عليه و سلم. What will you say if Allāh says to you, “This righteous man was killed, and his son and wife were imprisoned, and you did not do anything about it!?”
Prepare an answer for the question, and for the question conscious awareness!!!
And in this painful and sad occasion, we vow to the family of Āl Al-Farrāj, and to the family of every oppressed brother and oppressed sister, we promise them, by the Permission of Allāh, that we will take revenge for them with our blood and with our souls so long as we are able to. Wallāhi and again Wallāhi, we will not be pleased with lowliness in our Religion… Wallāhi the casualty in the killing of one Muslim only is not the Muslim himself, the casualty is the assistance of the crusaders against the Muslims in the Peninsula of Islām, and blood is spilt and souls perish for the pleasure of the cross and the slaves of the cross. By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, if Allāh gives us steadfastness, we will not be pleased with lowliness until we take revenge for you.”

I recommend translating more from this noble Shaykh whose martyrdom was a loss for the Ummah.

Wa ‘Alaykum As-Salaam Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuh;
الشيخ الشهيد؛ عبد الله بن محمد بن راشد بن محمد الرشود السبيعي.
ولد رحمه الله عام 1393هـ، في مدينة الأفلاج – 300 كلم جنوب مدينة الرياض – ونشأ في بيت صالح.
ثم انتقل إلى الرياض، ودرس في جامعة “الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية”، ليتخرج منها بتقدير “جيد جداً”.
رُشح رحمه الله بعد ذلك لتولي منصب القضاء، إلا انه تورع عنه ورفضه، فعُين مدرساً في المعهد العلمي بمحافظة “النماص” الجنوبية، ثم انتقل بعد ذلك للتدريس في معهد “القويعية”، بالقرب من الرياض.
وانتقل بعد ذلك إلى الرياض، حيث استقال من التدريس، ليتفرغ لخدمة الإسلام والمجاهدين.
أوذي الشيخ في ذات الله مرات، حتى تعرض للاعتقال من قبل طواغيت آل سعود عام 1417 هـ بسبب نشاطه الدعوي، ومحاولته تنبيه بعض المشايخ الرسميين على واقع النظام السعودي، لمدة شهرين، ولكن ذلك ما كان ليثنيه عن أداء الأمانة التي حملها، كيف؟! وهو يسمع قوله تعالى: {لتبيننه للناس ولا تكتمونه}… فما زادته الابتلاءات إلا صلابة وثباتاً على الطريق.
ثم كثف الشيخ رحمه الله من انشطته الدعوية، عقب الهجمات المباركة على “هبل العصر”… بعد أن استعلن طواغيت آل سعود بعداوة الإسلام وأهله، وانضوائهم صراحة تحت راية الصليب في حربه ضد دين الله.
يقول رحمه الله متحدثاً عن تلك الفترة: (امتن الله علينا واكرمنا بإلقاء كلمات في بيوت الله عز وجل، وطبعاً لأن جميع وسائل الإعلام – لا استثني منها زاوية أو نافذة – أُقفلت في وجوههنا… لأنهم يعلمون أن الذي نريد أن نبينه مما يريده الله جل وعلا من أصول التوحيد والكفر بالطاغوت، والإيمان بالله، وتعليم المسلمين الولاء والبراء، الذي تمتلىء به آيات الكتاب ونصوص السنة… فهذا إذا أردنا أن نقوله، فإنهم يرفضونه، ولا يمكن أن يأذنوا إلا لمن كان مداهناً مجاملاً خاضعاً لمراداتهم وخططهم وسياستهم الإعلامية، التي يشترطون فيها ألا تخالف النظام العالمي، النظام الكفري، نظام هيئة الأمم المتحدة، الذي هو طاغوت هذا العصر… فاردت عبر قناة بيوت الله والمساجد أن أبين… خطورة الإيمان بهيئة الأمم المتحدة، وإن من آمن بها هيئة عالمية منظمة لقضايا الأمة… فانها كفر بين ظاهر في الكتاب والسنة، فأردنا ان نكشف لإخواننا المسلمين محبي الخير الموحدين، أن نكشف لهم تلك الخطط التي تطبقها الدولة السعودية على وجه الخفاء…).
وبعد أن صدر قرار النظام السعودي بدمج “رئاسة تعليم البنات” بـ “وزارة المعارف” – 1423 هـ – والذي كان خطوة من خطوات كثيرة للنظام المرتد في طريق إفساد نساء وبنات المسلمين، حاول الشيخ ومعه ثلة من الشباب الغيور الاجتماع بمفتي النظام السعودي، لتنبيهه ان كان غافلاً، أو إيقاظ ضميره وإثارة غيرته إن كان عالماً بما يحيكه النظام ضد الفضيلة، إلا ان تلك المحاولة انتهت بقول المفتي: (بسرعة! تكلموا، ما معنا إلا ثلاث دقائق)!… (لقد انتهى الدوام)!… ومطاردة أولئك الشباب من قبل مباحث النظام وأجهزته الأمنية.
الحادثة التي كانت مفترق الطرق في حياة الشيخ، حيث وُضع اسمه بعدها وبسببها على قائمة المطلوبين! قائمة الشرف، التي اصدرها طواغيت النظام السعودي، في 13 / شوال / 1424هـ، محتلا اسمه الرقم 24 في تلك القائمة.
كان للشيخ رحمه الله اليد الطولى في إرساء قواعد وتأسيس الطليعة الجهادية في جزيرة العرب، حيث تصدر قيادة اللجنة الشرعية لـ “تنظيم قاعدة الجهاد”.
وحتى بعد أن أهدر الطواغيت دمه، واشتدت مطاردتهم له؛ لم تفتر همة الشيخ ولم يوقف انشطته الدعوية ورحلاته بين المدن والمناطق… داعياً ومحرضاً، معلماً ومذكراً… بل انه ليذكر تلك الأيام على أنها أجمل أيام حياته، فيقول رحمه الله واصفاً حاله: (والذي نفسي بيده إني لأرى شخصي أقل قدراً من أن يكرمني الله عزّ وجلّ بهذا الواقع السعيد الذي أعيشه في ظل مطاردة أعداء الدين… فوالله إني لأزداد بمرور الأيام والليالي اغتباطاً وثباتاً بفضل الله ورحمته، بل إن أيامي تلك، وإن هجمت عليّ أوائلها بشيء من التوجّس والخوف البشري الفطري، إلا إنها استحالت – ولله الحمد والمنّة – بعد ذلك إلى أسعد أيام حياتي على الإطلاق).
هكذا هي حياة المجاهدين؛ في ظاهرها محن وشدائد، أشلاء ودماء، فقد للأحبة والرفاق… أما في باطنها فمنح جليلة، وعطايا ربانية، وعذوبة وسعادة لا يعلم قدرها إلا من جربها.
وبعد صراع دام مع الكفر وأهله – الأمريكان ومعهم النظام السعودي وأنصاره من شرط وعلمانيين ومشايخ باعوا دينهم بلعاعة من الدنيا – يصيبون من العدو مرة ويصيب منهم أخرى، كما هي سنة الله عز وجل، {وتلك الأيام نداولها بين الناس وليعلم الله الذين آمنوا ويتخذ منكم شهداء}، حقق فيها المجاهدون انتصارات باهرة، أحالت ليل الصليبين وأنصارهم نهاراً… كل ذلك رغم قلة العدد وذات اليد… حتى اصطفى الله إلى جواره الكثير من تلك الثلة المجاهدة – نحسبهم كذلك والله حسيبهم –
هاجر الشيخ بعد ذلك إلى بلاد الرافدين، لينضم إلى جانب إخوانه في “تنظيم القاعدة” هناك، قاطعا الفيافي والقفار، متجاوزا حدود الطواغيت إلى مدينة القائم، في بدايات شهر ربيع الثاني، 1426 هـ.
حيث كانت رحى الحرب دائرة بين جند الله المجاهدين وجند الشيطان الصليبين وأنصارهم من المرتدين، في المعارك التي أطلق عليها الصليبيون “الرمح”… ذلك “الرمح” الذي رده المجاهدون إلى نحر الصليب وأهله.
هناك حيث انبرى الشيخ الشهيد ومعه ثلة من رفاقه للتصدي لإنزال قام به عباد الصليب على المنطقة التي كانوا يتواجدون فيها، وتمكنوا بعون الله من صده بنجاح، وفر الصليبيون فرار الجرذان بعد أن قتل المجاهدون منهم ما قتلوا.
إلا ان عادة الصليبين عند عجزهم عن دخول منطقة ما؛ قصفها بالطائرات… فكان ذلك، ونال شيخنا “وسام الشهادة” الذي قضى جل حياته باحثاً عنه، بعد حوالي الشهر والنصف من وصوله إلى بلاد الرافدين.
فنسأل الله أن يتقبله في الشهداء، وأن يحشره في زمرة {السابقون السابقون * أولئك المقربون}، كما كان سباقاً لنصرة الجهاد وأهله في زمن قل فيه الناصر، واشتدت فيه غربة المجاهدين، وأن يُعلي درجته في المهديين، وأن يغفر له، ويلحقنا به على طريق الجهاد والإستشهاد، غير مبدلين ولا ناكثين، وان يجعل من دمه نوراً، ومن شهادته علماً لسالكي هذا الطريق.
